Daughter was traveling out of state and had blow out two tires and rim trashed- Tyler Meade was awesome and even helped coordinate repair from local Firestone shop. Cannot thank you Enough! Thank you for looking out for our family!!

Excellent service - we were in our Motorhome and needed a tow from the service plaza off the Ohio Turnpike. Doug the office guy helped us with Coachnet (our RV towing insurance) which we really appreciated. The tow guys (Brett and Dan) showed up quickly and used extreme care handling our Motorhome. They talked us through everything they were doing which was appreciated. They also used their heavy duty tow truck to take our motorhome to the Freightliner service location they recommended which Coachnet approved. They also recommended some close hotels and restaurants. Both Brett and Dan were professional and courteous, I would highly recommend this company.

Very rude I needed to get medication and work bag out of my car and was told I couldn’t because my insurance with my car vin# on it and my identification card wasn’t enough to prove that this was my car that was only towed here because it was involved in a car accident. Not a raid it wasn’t involved in a drug bust or evidence for any crime. But because I’m an African American they just had to give me a hard time. My caucasian friend had to deal with them kind of the similar situation and all she had was her id that she showed them and she was able to get things out of her car with no problem no question.

Got a flat tire on Christmas Eve with 5 hours left in my drive. They were able to tow me to the shop and get a replacement tire on. Excellent service that saved the day! 10/10 recommend

I had a broken fitting on my air dryer and was leaking air aggressively. My company sent out Loves first from Upper Sandusky, and the technician was not able to do anything with the leak to get me back on the road. He said the only thing that he could do is get it towed back to the loves so they could order the part and maybe get it fixed the next day. My company then had a tow truck from Madison motors come out and the technician who came out to assist named Gibby got right to work to figure out the best way to get me off the side of the road safely. After a short time of him working on it and trying a couple different options he was able to get a plug in the hole where the fitting had broken off of and got be back on the road safely so I could get somewhere safe to sleep for the night and be able to drive myself back to my company shop. The technical expertise and ability of Gibby was amazing. I would gladly recommend this company to any one who has the need.

We broke down on the Ohio turnpike the evening after Thanksgiving and these guys were all super friendly and helpful. They came out, tried their best to get us started and then gave us a tow to a garage and a hotel when we needed it. More than anything, though, everyone we spoke to on the phone or in person was just kind and friendly - exactly what you need when you're dealing with an unexpected breakdown!

Thank you so much for relieving some of my stress during a very stressful situation. I called expecting a quick, gruff response and was helped and reassured in a professional manner. Cody showed up less than an hour after my call and after solving NUMEROUS issues that kept trying to stop him, he was able to get my car from the turnpike and home not only in one piece but quit a distance. He worked calmly and patiently the entire time. Thank you for such outstanding service!!

I’ve decided to update my review since my car keys have finally been found. ?I was in my first car accident a few days ago and had my car towed to here. I picked up my car the next day, paid my bill in cash, and had my car towed to a shop. My keys got lost in this process, and unfortunately, I was told they never had them. Obviously this upset me.Thankfully after speaking with Fremont PD, and Madison Motors, everything got sorted out! I’m seriously so glad Madison Motors was able to locate my keys. ?? Accidents are so stressful, but all is well now. Also special thank you to Will for helping me work out a fair price on towing my car!Service: Car towing

Awesome/Hassle Free Towing!!Had called AAA for a tow and I’m glad I received Madison Motors Service. My Truck was stranded for 18 hours after my driver break caliper came completely off on the turnpike. Although I was dealing with the stress of the situation and unfortunate circumstances, I left after my truck was towed to a shop 30 miles away with 100% less stress than I had. I appreciated the quick response to the tow and my thanks and gratitude definitely goes out to the driver “Will”! Great human! At nearly 1 am I found myself in a stressful situation with my car stranded on the side of the Ohio Turnpike. They turned this experience around for me. From the get-go, Kelly was outstanding, she’s an amazing dispatcher! She was extremely responsive and assured me that help would arrive in less than 45 minutes—and it did!When JR arrived, he was nothing short of amazing. He jumped right into action, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth. He got me home and my car safely to the Kia dealership. Was making my usual trip to Fremont for work Saturday. My front passenger side tire blew out. Talked to Gibby aka Matt and after I sent a pic of tire size and all the specifics he came out within 25mins. I've had times where other places had you on the side of the road stranded for a hour or more. Gibby with the save. He had my work truck up on the jack, tire off and replaced with the new one within 10 mins. Great company. Awesome communication. Would def recommend if your stuck somewhere and need help
