Worst metro store in Ohio imo they over price and trick you with add ons and try not to give you a receipt to see what you really were charged best thing to do is buy online and wait the 2 days for shipping an IPhone 13 promotion comes up to around $184 online they told me close to $300 in store this is fraud

How bad the service is, the staff is not the right one for everything, they tell you to dial online because they can't do it there, and apart from that, there won't be the schedule, which is very bad 🤮🤌👎👎👎 for those reasons they change companies!!!!!!

They are not a good service to have the him home around not getting you to the right place your service goes out at all the time they want you to use a debit card or a check they won't let you use a credit card you're on the phone for an hour before somebody helps you and then after that you're on hold for 20 more minutes for somebody else that's doesn't know what they're doing just a bad place to get phone service just about everyone you talk to they don't know what they're doing

Came in this morning like the owner asked me to get this issue fixed, now dealing with the same girl from yesterday and still absolutely nothing is fixed!! She had me pay more money for a new phone number like what the actual heck, I need to speak to owner in person, this needs fixed!!!!
