They did a quick job of replacing the battery in my great aunt's iPhone 7. The owner seemed nice and was courteous.
I got a call from this business after I left my review. They said if I wasn't going to give them 5 stars that they wish I wouldn't leave any review. They compared their rating to other ratings I've given places and demanded to know what they did wrong. I ended the call with, "This phone call cost you that 5th star."
Edited to reflect the actual experience of dealing with this business. Don't call the reviewer and complain. It cost you 2 stars now. I won't go here again. I get Verizon from the corporate stores.
