I went to the shoe sensation store In Fremont, Ohio And the Salesman that took care of me was Sean. He was very helpful and very pleasant, he went Out of his way to help me pick out the best shoe for me. I walked out of the store purchasing 2 pairs of shoes. Thank you, Sean for your help and assistance.

Salesperson was very . helpful. Showed us to the area we needed. Was not pushy in regards to getting the warranty on the shoes. We did end up getting it.

Went in there to find a pair of Sketchers slip-on shoes for my mom. Shawn greeted us by opening the door for us(my mom has a hard time walking), then he took us directly to where we needed to go and helped to find the right size for my mom and even helped her with putting the shoes on her foot to try them out. Shawn went well above what he needed to do to help us to find the right pair of shoes. He was very pleasant the entire time. We greatly appreciated all his help.
