AVOID AT ALL COST. Just got confirmed by spectrums online tech agent that they've been intentionally throttling my Internet to force us to upgrade to new hardware. Guess we'll be switching services. That's beyond sheisty.

Have spent 4 hours on phone and 1 hr 45 minutes and still spectrum is unable to find a doable solution to return a phone they sent.

Bought a Samsung Flip 6 in November 24. Started malfunctioning. I had insurance and they said it was Samsung warranty. Samsung pointed the finger at Spectrum. So this place the manager Jason and their other rude uncaring staff just care about sales. The insurance is a joke. Should have ran over phone then they would have a different excuse. Out a lot of money and their staff showed no care or concern!
You know my number, don’t give a robot message telling me to fb or Twitter you! Call me, make it right!

I recently moved from St. Pete FL to Marblehead OH. We tried to return our Spectrum equipment the morning of our move, but the wait was 1.5 hours long and we had a long drive ahead of us, so we just took the equipment with us.
We made an appointment online and went into the store to be cheerfully greeted by Courtney. She made the process of returning our equipment SO EASY and answered all of our questions. I told her but it bears repeating: the interaction with Courtney was the absolute best interaction I've had with anyone from Spectrum. She should be used as the example of perfect customer service skills. Friendly, polite, professional, and she listened to and addressed all of my questions and concerns. If every customer service person was even a little bit like Courtney, the world would be a better place.

Literally laying down on the job is a crazy work, considering you're supposed to look professional. Why do business here when the workers don't even respect the place.

We recently switched our mobile/internet/tv on December 20th and wanted to take advantage of the phone buyout. Mike at the Fremont store said the receipts for payment from Verizon were enough to submit but we were denied because they wanted statements not receipts. We can’t get those now that our service is switched and now we are out $1000 and when I tried to reach out to Mike for clarification he has ignored us. Once he got his commission off us, customer service disappeared and we were lied to just to get our business.

We went to spectrum for phone upgrades. Mike was our assistant. He did an excellent job explaining the differences in phones, plans and packages to us. You made the whole process very streamlined and efficient. He is an asset to the team.
