I do not recommend this car wash.
We paid for the most expensive wash ($8), but did not get any soap with the wash. I looked around the property for a phone number to report a problem report / needs maintenance report, and to inquire about a refund. I was not able to locate a phone number for the property owner / operators. Yelp lists a phone number, but it has been disconnected.

Vacuums are extra and only take coins and no machine is available to get coins unless you already have cash.
No attendant on duty for issues.

Only reviewing the automatic. They have two bays. The left one usually is broken. There have been a handful of occasions that I paid (I always use the most expensive wash) and the agitators were spraying but weren’t spinning, or vice versa. Or the extra colored wax stuff barely worked, etc.
They should have a phone number listed right here on Google but do not as of this review. They also should have a phone number that is clearly visible at the business but do not. There IS a large phone number on the door but when I called it the woman who answered said she’s just the cleaning person and is not associated with the business.
This business gets one star just for not having that alone, it’s ridiculous that several times I’ve had no recourse to getting reimbursed. They certainly got their payment system working well though, no problems there ever!!
If you must use this place, the auto isn’t bad, when it works. Use the right side bay though, the left side works correctly around 70% of the time while the right side is around 95%. If everything worked and they were willing to deal with customers and fixing issues then I’d have no problem giving 4 stars.

I went to the last automatic car wash bay and it took my $8 and said complete, wash in process but nothing happened! I backed out and pressed the buttons again, still nothing! I tried to look for a number to call and there was nothing! So what does one do? Just be out that money?

Unfortunately the phone number does not work. Disappointing. Of the machine washing car washers the first one (left side) works. The second is messed up and will only take your money. Just be aware!!

I used to frequent this location for a quick and easy wash that left my car sparkling. I hadn't been in quite a while, but I recently drove through a huge puddle that left my driver's side completely covered in mud, so I needed a wash ASAP. I remembered that Spiffy offered a premium automatic wash for $8.00 and I had always been happy with the results in the past, so I visited the location on 4/11/23. I pulled out of the bay with residue (soap? wax? spot free?) dripping off of my vehicle because the rinse cycle didn't actually rinse anything. When I was able to look at the vehicle from the outside NONE of the mud that was on the drivers side was washed away, and I now had this funky residue on top of all of it. Needless to say, I definitely wasn't happy with the quality of the wash and I will be finding a different location to wash my vehicle in the future.I would also like to note that my debit card showed a pending charge of $10.00 for the wash, but when the transaction actually cleared the bank it was only for $8.00. Not sure what this was all about.

This is a well equipped and good place to wash your vehicle. They have automatic and DIY bays. They do take cards, which makes it super convenient.

How are u supposed to get a hold of u when your number doesn't work or your Equipment doesn't eather lost two bucks
