Very positive experience at Tireman in Fremont. The work was well done and when promised. They answered all of my questions patiently and honored warranty work without question. Well done Tireman and thank you. Too bad this location is now permanently closed.

I've taken my 2015 jeep grand cherokee here for several repairs over the years. Had brakes done on front end one year and not even a year later had shaking and noises from front end brakes. Took it there and they said oh the right side has a warped rotor. Rotor was under warranty charged me the labor and a new rotor for left side and new brake pads.
As soon as work was done we went on vacation and I noticed squealing noises from brakes in front. I called and told them they said it was the breaking in period of new brake pads and to keep driving it. So I did and by the time I got back from vacation it was grinding.
The manager justin looked at it and said a stone got in it lmao. Wouldn't fix the issue and I believe they either used the same rotor with new brake pads or a defective rotor. Some of this work was done when belle tire bought them out. But now they are gone to. I wouldn't recommend belle tire either. Shoddy work they do and don't fix there mistakes. Horrible service

Wouldn't recommend this place damaged my suspension somehow putting on tires and alignment on my stinger?! Took it in sounding flawless got it back sounding like a can full of loose nuts and bolts. And before the manager says there's no damage done from them the bottom side of my cars is scraped and has an dent shaped like a lift post per a kia dealer that will be undisclosed . Also this place took 2 separate times to deny damage after I brought it back to complain. No excuse at this point just a company that refuses their wrong doings. Waiting on a nasty response sure it'll be below here in the upcoming days. Damaged a 60k car wouldn't even take a Honda Civic with 300k miles. Make it right y'all owe me 2k in damage in are reality

Wow, Tireman has great customer service. I went in to get a tire plugged and was in and out in no time. Not only that, they didn’t charge me for the work they had to do. Tireman is now my go to place fore tires.

I called and asked about 2 tires and a front end alignment guy says yess we can do that so I go in he puts the tires on then says oh we can’t line you’re f250 I said are there anywhere else in town oh you have to go to a big truck shop so I went to Firestone down the road sure enough they can line it I feel like they should have told me that up front but instead they put the tires on before they told me I want go back

Recently, I went in to have 4 tires replaced. The work was done in under an hour and the work was done well. There were a couple issues the shop didn't address (nothing major) and I mentioned it on a follow up survey the company emailed me. Later that day I got a phone call from Justin, the store manager and he addressed all my concerns. I will definitely give them my business again.

We have used Tireman in Fremont several times for multiple vehicles. They are always very kind and do their best to get us taken care of ASAP, even when they're busy. We recently had new tires on our van and it realigned, they did a great job. We will be back for our future needs.

Decent prices and quick to get in for appointments. I sat in the waiting room and every time they opened the door to the shop all you could hear was the workers sounding like high school kids playing around. At one point they were honking different cars in there at each other, the manager had to open to door and tell them to stop. I think they need to go over being professional, it just isn’t a good look for a company to have people working on peoples cars messing around it makes me worry about things not being done correctly and could cause accidents or issues.

highly highly reccomend! i had a tire issue come up unexpected as most do, these guys were able to fix it the very next day. i had upfront pricing, and very good service. justin (assistant manager) was so helpful and was so easy to work with. great place, very satisfied!
