Lineman from AEP are currently repairing the lines in front of my house after hurricane Helene here in Asheville North Carolina. They came up to the porch and offered us water and Gatorade as well, super nice linemen.

They are very bad , the employee they have are stupid they miss my account by disactive my automatic payment and they didn't informed until the bill was 578.04$ . They refuse to take responsibility of thier employee mistakes.
