Always an issue and always an excuse for them with horrible solutions & customer service. We are extremely overcharged for the service we receive. By now you would think they would prepare for bad weather and engineer solutions for it, especially with all the millions of dollars they collect from us.

I'm tired of the rate hikes. I'm barely home an barely turn on anything. I'm one person an my bill is 200 a month. 10yrs ago it was 80... 5 year ago it was 120 .. take your rates back down!

Power goes out at least once a month. Supervisors are very rude, especially April.
