3 people working the counter 2 of them helping one customer.the other just talking no one ever asked us what we wanted.another employee comes in the door so that makes 4 employees only 2 customers in the store and we waited 15 min then walked out went to O'Reilly's and got waited on the min we walked in .we spent 240.00 at O'Reilly's .

so my car battery was done for and the employee Steve B. did an amazing job, listening to my problem , figuring out the problem and than solving it for me , replaced my battery which is located in the back behind my passenger seat. he’s amazing! 10/10 experience! any other car issues i’ll be back to see him!

Poor company policies. Some employees are helpful, others are extremely careless. With advanced auto parts and o’reillys across the street, there are much better options

I was just in the store on Sunday when an employee was moving too fast and checked me out for the wrong and overpriced item meaning that he had to return the money to my card after I told him specifically the item type and number. Once returning the money to my card I was unable to purchase the item I needed in that moment and had to wait until the next business day to even have the money available. I was so upset I stormed out of the store with less money available and no purchased item. I went back in to apologize and let them know I was just upset and was approached by another employee that had just arrived. This nice man named Shawyn had financially offered to help me get the correct item that I needed and I was just speechless! KIND PEOPLE DO EXIST and in the heat of the moment his actions calmed me and made what was a very disappointing transaction and very satisfying one ! Thank You SO much !

Check parts before leaving the store. They sell thermostats without the seal/gasket (even though the picture on the box shows a seal) and neglect to tell customers they need a seal. It left me stranded & I needed to uber back to the store to rectify the situation.

Somehow never made it in here, despite being in the area all the time and going to Advance and O'Reilly's nearby.Got a giftcard for Xmas so came in looking for something. They didn't have it. Staff were busy at the counters and in the lot, helping other customers. Plenty big, decent selection, standard stuff, prices look reasonable. I will be back I'm sure.Now, a short review of their online features: abysmal. I let the site have my location, and somehow they set it to New York instead of Ohio. The site said this location had what I was looking for; it did not. It said free home delivery- but did not mention that's only for stuff over $35, until I was checking out. I reset my home store to a different one, trying to find the item, but it kept returning to this store. Frustrating. And now if their site says another store does have it, I cannot be sure it actually does. 1 star for that part of Autozone.

We bought a headlight and the cashier installed for us. The xery nice and attentive , if the do not the part the customer has the option to order it or they will look the part up so you can go pick the part up.

I stopped in to have the code from my engine light read and Jonah was super helpful and extremely considerate. Not only did he give me the results for my car that I needed, but he also walked me to the car because it started violently storming. He definitely went above & beyond for his customer and he should be acknowledged for this.
