“I had an excellent experience with Premium Hardware! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. Their selection is top-notch—beautiful, high-quality pieces that really elevate the look of a space.
What stood out the most was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my choices. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days.
If you’re looking for hardware that combines style, quality, and outstanding service, I highly recommend Premium Hardware. I will definitely be coming back for future projects!”
“I want to start off by saying many of the men who work here were very kind and helpful to me. I was delivering drywall and needed to use the restroom. One of their drivers showed me where the women's restroom was because he didn't want me walking into the men's and finding someone with their pants' down. That's really considerate in my opinion. He told me, "I don't remember if it's the first one or the one right next to it." I told him, "thank you," and walked to the first door. It was unisex. No problem, it's a one stall bathroom what does it matter. Then I go to the next door and my heart dropped. It was solely men's. The men have 3 restrooms here, and women have to share the ONLY 1 they had with men. It's discriminatory and misogynistic. It's one thing to change both to a unisex bathroom, but they only changed the women's. Why do we need to make room for the confused, but men can have their own? Why are men allowed to push us to the side? This showed their intentions. That women don't need a restroom for themselves but men do. In fact they need 2 purely for themselves, and 1 to share with women. It shows that women aren't good enough for their own. Men are though. I used the restroom. Took my pictures. Left to go back to my truck and unstrap my load. A gentleman in a forklift who saw me use the restroom chatted with me while he was looking for their mud truck. I told him what I saw. He was surprised. He had no idea that they only changed the one restroom. He was very sweet, and afterwards we both went back to work. 1 hr 45 mins go by, I need to use the restroom again. Here's the catch, the men's bathroom sign was taken down. I don't know who did it, who convinced the change, but it made me really happy. Before I wanted to cry from sadness, I felt like a second rate citizen. Now I want to cry from joy. This move shows that if signs are to be changed it goes both ways. No gender is better than the other. I was initially going to give them 3 stars, but this brought it up to 4. Thank you for listening, thank you for understanding, thank you for sticking up for fairness. There are truly some sweet and caring individuals here.”

“Amazing place! Great products! Awesome prices! The crews that do the work are awesome! People like Bart Skeen, that do allot of their window installation work, are very experienced and professional! Great estimates!”
“If you’re looking for a vendor who goes the extra mile then you’ve found it here w Richard’s. We personally deal w Dan as a sales rep and he is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.”
“I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They were so helpful to me, just a home owner that wanted to resurface my deck. Terry not only helped with materials but offered how to advice. And when I happened upon an error with installation instructions for the railing posts, they replaced the posts with more expensive ones at no cost to me even though it was a manufacturer issue. I could go on and on, but if you need decking materials, skip the big box stores and go to Cellar Lumber.”
“If you're patient and kind they will honor your warranty- that was the case for us at least. It took many months for our siding to get replaced where there were color defects but they did and I'm happy with the results. Thanks to Dan and everyone who made it possible!”
