    I just finished up a 6 week woman’s challenge and i cannot be happier with my results. Do not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. The coaches Terri and Melissa are amazing and I have truly meet some great ladies who help keep me going! I am now joining the gym to keep up my transformation!     The trainers are amazing they work with each of one of my team according to our needs. I feel strong, healthy and I can do more than i ever thought I could. I am 184 pounds and very out of shape but I am working hard. I will show pictures before and after my 6 weeks. �
