The wrong prescription was refilled through the CVS automated system. I was told I have to speak to someone to make sure it's correct because sometimes the system doesn't work. Why have a system that doesn't work? Instead of being apologetic, I was told I should have called. Terrible customer service.

This pharmacy is awful. My prescription was supposed to be ready (received a message that it was), it wasn’t done correctly. After driving 30 mins out of my way to come here they said they wouldn’t have it ready tonight. The pharmacist was very rude and did not care that I had already been there twice with it being wrong.

I would leave no stars if I could. The pharmacy closes between 130 and two for lunch. Don’t they have someone to cover the lunch shift? Who closes up operation for lunch? Professionals do not close for lunch.

It's really hard to give a good review when you call the pharmacy & they pick up the phone to hang up it up again over & over bc they are too incompetent to do their job!! : ( I have never seen a pharmacy hire such inadequate staff especially when it has to deal W/medical needs!! This situation has got to get better & they will be forced to screen their employees better or they won't have a business!

Pharmacy is truly a nightmare to work with. I went to pick up a prescription assuming it was the correct mcg—considering two days prior I refused a script because it was the wrong one. I got a notification about my script being ready so I thought it was the right dosage. Drove there, got the script and went on my marry way to find out this was the script I refused a few days prior. So, I go inside where the pretentious pharmaceutical assistant was telling me that there’s nothing she could do because I did not take a receipt. So here I am with a 30 day supply of a script I don’t take anymore. Just give everyone a receipt then if your policy is so tightly bound to a receipt. You mean to tell me you can’t look up transactions on your computer in 2023? Commonnn. And quit saying sorry in the most unsympathetic way if you don’t mean it. She didn’t confirm my prescription before handing it over—that also could avoided this whole situation and this review.

Might as well just take down the signs that say when they open. Apparently open at 8 AM, walked up at 8:30, and the doors were still locked. Person inside just looked at me and still didn’t open the door. They just do whatever they want. That’s enough to make me never try this location again.

This is about the pharmacy part of the store! My $600 prescription was declined by my insurance! The pharmacy employee went over his duty and help me to get the medication I desperately need and can't afford it on my retired income for lot less using some discount card. Now they have life time thankful customer...thank you CVS

They never have medications and then don't tell me until Im there to pick up my script. And then they're upset with me and want me to just randomly call other pharmacies and ask them and work out the transfer of the prescription myself. I'm not even allowed to do that my doctor or the pharmacy has to. This place is a terrible pharmacy and for a bodega it's ridiculously overpriced.

Worst retail pharmacy I have ever dealt with!Been there multiple times horrible customer service! HORRIBLE!!!!I walked in at 12:30pm and they refused to fill an easy script stating they close at 2pm and don’t have enough time to help me.When I ask for manager they stated “ I don’t care, sorry!”Inconceivable

The worse pharmacy ever. Customer service is not even in their vocabulary. Lady is rude and not helpful at all! Prescription was Over 90.00 at CVS was 7.00 at Giant Eagle. And people at GE were nice and friendly! CVS store is nasty and never stocked!! CVS Corp needs to clean house!!

This store is always dirty...Lazy cashier there during weekday when I go, needs to be cleaning self checkout scanners....Bags need refilled....Trash can needs emptied behind self scanner Cold Drink case never stocked! Walgreens all over in and out of state....are always clean and stocked!!

Prescriptions are never ready when they’re supposed to be. Today it took 3 hours longer than they said, and when I went to pick it up, it was still another 25 minutes before it was ready. No apology.
