My family & I were visiting from out of town. Our tire picked up a nail. Explaining that we had an eight hour drive ahead of us, I asked the salesperson could please expedite our repair. The car was ready in less than an hour!

Had 4 new wheels to have Firestone tires mounted on. Damaged the wheel and was told SORRY ! Update 7/13/24. This was brought to management's attention, and was told "sorry this sometimes happens"
Damage to someone's property and just thinking it's OK, IS NOT OK !

I wanted an engine diag, vehicle inspection, tire rotation, and alignment check as well as having my codes cleared. They kept my car for over 24 hours and all they did was clear the codes. There’s even a multiple marks on my literally 5 day old fender that were not there prior. I’ve been going to this store regularly for oil and tires, but I will never be going back to Firestone. My invoice even shows the scheduling for these inspections. Horrible experience

Firestone Complete Auto Care was such a pleasant, stress free experience. I had received a call from them only an hour or two since drop off about what needed to get fixed in order of highest priority.
The staff were friendly, the cost of maintenance was reasonable, and I found the experience overall to be professional and enjoyable even. (Compared to when I took my vehicle for a check up at AAA auto care off of Hamilton, Yikes!)
I will very much so be taking my car back to Firestone whenever I am in need of some mechanical work.

I hate taking my car to the mechanic but I needed four new tires. When I arrived the order I had placed 4 days previous was almost 200 more than I expected. We were able to get this reduced while also updating my order with the current special. Service was super quick and I already have my car back. I'd give 5 stars but I have a feeling if I wasn't assertive about the change in price, I'd be out some additional money.

Originally brought my car in about a month ago because my brakes were going bad. I was told that the front ones were the problem. They said that the back ones would likely need to be replaced soon, but were ok for now.
Within approximately a week, an extremely noticeable grinding noise appeared to be coming from the recently repaired brakes. A while later, I was able to bring it back in. They said that everything appeared to be fine, but that they would check them again and relive them. They reiterated that the back brakes would need to be replaced soon, but were still ok.
Shortly after getting it back, it started making the noise again, so I took it back in for a third time. This time they said that the back brakes were the problem, and that they now needed to be fixed for another approximate $500.00.
When I tried to discuss this with the assistant manager, I was literally greeted with silence, and when I asked him if he had anything to say, he basically said that it was what it was, and there was nothing he could/would do about it.
I have had pretty good service from this location in the past, but this honestly seems like a shakedown for money. I can’t help but notice several other reviews about similar brake things goin on with other people as well. Gotta wonder if it’s strictly coincidental?….
Really disappointed with the quality of work, and service.

They put cheap, green coolant in my Toyota Tacoma instead of the super long life coolant it requires. I wish I would have known ahead of time they would do that. I'm currently at the dealer getting it flushed out. I'll never set foot in Firestone again.
