Your location is definitely Better than the rest!!! I’ve never had such amazing customer service and have had my car serviced quite a bit this year. At it seems the other place did not do what they needed to do to make my daughter’s car run well. You all really made her as well as me feel like the money I spent was worth it. You really are appreciated and you all seriously deserve a bonus a gift card to your favorite restaurant or a top shelf drink, if you know what I mean ; )

Do not take your vehicle here. All they do is lie and they don't know what they are doing. Their incompetence made my vehicle very unsafe and almost got into an accident as a result. They try everything to not make it right. A month later is enough time wasted on their idiotic processes. If you don't want to go to court don't take your vehicle here.

Thanks to Damian for being so helpful and professional for getting me the service I needed. I was in bad shape when my metal strap holding my fuel tank rusted out while I was on the road. The Gahanna Firstone was the closes thing to me when this happened so I pull in stop the scraping. I came in to see if they could help in anyway. They were able to get my strap off on short notice and offered the support I needed. They got me fixed and back on the road in no time.Travis also gave excellent service as well going as far as giving the parts back I needed aswell. This team was amazing to work with and I fully support any service anyone gets from them.
