The Gahanna/John E. Bickley YMCA is a clean facility with a friendly staff and a wonderful, diverse community. It offers a lot of amenities, including a very nice sauna and pool area, a roomy workout area with up-to-date and diverse equipment, and full basketball courts. The layout, design, and extensive hours of operation are appreciated. It is a good place for people of all ages and an integral part of many routines. However, there have been recent issues with reliability on Saturday mornings when the doors were not opened.

The Gahanna YMCA is a standard YMCA design. They offer cardio machines, free weights, resistance machines, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and gymnasium. The facility is consistently cleaned and maintained by the staff. The only complaint is that the parking look entrance exit is slightly confusing.
