I went to this location out of convenience because I needed my hair cut quick and I usually pay $40-50 downtown at a salon but after having Dina cut my hair, I will now be coming to the Gahanna Great Clips. Dina is AMAZING. I haven't had a hair cut like the one she gave me, EVER. I had to get a card with her hours to tell my family to start coming to her. She is talented! She has the best personality, too! I wish I had came here sooner!

The person who cut my hair was very nice, but even after discussing it, they still caught my earing multiple times, and my hair is just really poorly cut and uneven.

After waiting for about 20 minutes to half an hour they pulled up my haircut history which was literally just a one on the back and the sides and then like two and a half inches on the top and for some reason someone who works there and is supposed to know how to cut hair can't even to that and she tried to pass me off to another stylist and I had somewhere I has to be so I just left without getting cut. I've never had really any issues with Great clips in the past realistically I'm probably not going to come back to this location I don't understand why they would hire somebody who doesn't know. how to do a simple cut.

Gave stylist specific instructions. 1 medium fade and take an inch off the top (had 3+ inches). She butchered my hair so short I can’t even comb and then I find out this is the one location that doesn’t support our vets with a discount. Will not return and suggest others avoid as well. It was speed over service and the customer is an afterthought.
