I’m swiftly beginning to truly hate this bank overall and this particular location. Expect slow service in the lobby and inexplicable technical issues at the ATM.I’ve been unable to physically move/deposit money on numerous occasions and I’m deeply regretting opening this account thus far. We opened this account because we’re recently married and wanted a joint account at a new institution: big mistake. The bonus that lured us from each of our individual institutions didn’t even apply correctly and required us to come to the branch which you can rarely if ever get to anyone to complete, I ALWAYS have to visit numerous locations to complete simply banking tasks because online transfer somehow take 8-10 days.I’m currently back at my primary institution effectively undoing all the withdrawals I’ve made because Huntington appears to be entirely inept at basic banking functions aside from wasting your time. The two stars is STRICTLY for how quickly we received our debit cards.

Very slow service. I came to the drive-through to submit a couple deposits for my job and they had 3 different bankers touching the money. In the process, they lost my ID. They handed me my deposit receipts arguing that I never gave them my ID. They won’t even process a deposit without an ID! They were just immediately defensive and blamed me for losing my ID. So, I went inside and sure enough they had dropped my ID and didn’t notice. Could’ve been money if they weren’t careful! and I would have been in trouble with my job. They weren’t apologizetic either, just still very defensive and rude. Wish I didn’t have to come back to this location...

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible and ANGRY customer service from Corbin (guy with brownish hair). He seemed like he absolutely hates his job which is not good when you literally deal with people all day. Rolling his eyes at all of his customers is no way to act at work, as well as having an attitude. Came in to resolve an issue and left with no answers. SWITCHING BANKS ASAP

Rude staff at this location. Specially Alec Vernon not professional. Being banking with huntington bank for 30 year never seen rude unprofessional staff. Ask where is Manager told we don’t have Manager.

11 minutes in drive thru and counting. only 2 cars have exited and there are 3 lines. i dont understand what closing your lobby due to covid concerns (thats a joke and another story by itself) have to do with causing 30 minute + backups in the drive thru. i have a 30 second deposit transaction and am wasting another half hour or more of my time at this excuse of a bank. guess its time to look for a real bank with real service

Austin was very disrespectful laughing when I asked to speak to someone else when he said he could only give me my payoff balance. I’ll be calling back soon to speak to the branch manager!!

Not sure what the deal is with all the 1 star reviews... I recieved great customer service and was helped by the nicest lady. I will definitely come back here for future business with Huntington, they make it hard not too!

Huntington has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with over the phone and in person. I can't go into my local branch because of the people they're rude and disrespectful instead of dealing with this issue I was told by someone in corporate to go to a different branch. So that's what I did and yesterday the teller was really arguing with me on a question I had. Her name is Leslie and she went as far as giving me her last name being a smartass. They also won't take care of a fraud dispute you might have. I've been waiting for mine too get handled for over a week going on two. At this point I'm done with them I'll take my money to a bank that will appreciate it. Good riddance Huntington!

My problem started with over the phone (which I had to ask for a manager 4 time and then was transferred to a manager of a DIFFERENT department.) ultimately was told that i had to come into the branch for something that should have been able to be dealt with over the phone. Left feeling humiliated and belittled. Great job guys.
