Gahanna branch customer service is terrible! Mr. Martin should be replaced with someone that would have a better attitude with Kemba customers. Just a waste of my time to go inside the branch and talk to this man.

Tried calling for help five times with my BUSINESS debit Card. Each time they told me there was no hold on my card. I have been unable to pay my vendors. They out you on hold for a long time and the problem is still not solved and vendors have charged me. I am going to ask for reimbursement. If you get frustrated and show it they will mock you.

Kemba in general: my credit union has no locations on Cols' east side, so I tried Kemba. Great service until Cootyville arrived 3 yrs ago. Kemba refused service to any non-Kemba customer, inside or outside. I'm surprised we now have access to their ATMs. When I first started using Kemba I considered switching credit unions, but after their hostile approach to non-Kemba customers, oh heck NO. Who needs that much rampant scardy-cat hostility?

I had a five star experience with Elise Hilliard. She greeted me with a smile, and she was friendly. It was refreshing to receive excellent customer from such a personable young lady.

I received outstanding service from the teller, Faith. She was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. She also had a beautiful, warm smile when she was assisting me. It is refreshing to receive great service because excellent customer service is an anomaly these days.

Worst credit union for not being able to answer their phones. I've been dealing with a refund issue for over a month and a half and not only do I keep being pushed onto Deparments that won't/can't help me but it takes 30-40 each time I call in to reach a live person. This is unacceptable.

Oh my fudging god. They redid the entire online setup just so that they could add in another 2 factor authentication. All transfer setups have to be redone.Online support chat is ok, their call support system is overwhelmed. Their teller lines are closed, the lobby is shut most days. Fudge this place.

On Saturday, April 5, 2019, I went to this location to place $1000 dollars in a CD. I was required to open a savings account in order to place money in a CD. Chad set up my account. KEMBA is a shared branch of Education First. Since Chad was not able to access my account with Education First because their system was down, I was told that I would be contacted once the transfer had taken place. I was never contacted by Chad or anyone else from the branch. Chad completed my application and handed me a folder with several documents; however, he never bothered to go over any of the documents in the folder. I was never told my new account number. I was never told if the savings account had monthly fees. I was never told if the CD renews automatically or if I would receive a letter before the CD matures to inform me of my options. I was never even asked if I wanted an ATM card for the savings account. I was not happy with my experience working with Chad.On the other hand, when I went back on Saturday, April 13, 2019 to find out my account number and to have my other questions answered, I had a 5 star experience with Kelsey. She was professional, friendly, polite, and very helpful. She was willing to set up my online account for me, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. Kelsey takes her time when she is interacting with each customer which I appreciate.

This credit union could care LESS about reported unauthorized transactions on an account. They promise provisionally credit within 7 to 10 days, ensure you do not receive prior to 10th day bit when you call say it may be 11 days? So annoyed right now. The representative who was a so called specialist who could expedite the credit did nothing but state theu are dealing with a lot of fraud and have to go in order. Well, if this bank has "a lot of fraud" it may not be the right choice for me or you! Start looking elsewhere, I sure am.
