Kroger Pharmacy is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. While some customers appreciate the efficient and straight-to-the-point service, others have encountered issues with long wait times, medication coverage problems, and short-staffing. The pharmacy is described as clean and organized, with a spacious parking lot, but the level of service can vary greatly. Customers have reported waiting up to 27 minutes for their prescriptions, and some have faced challenges with their insurance coverage being denied, even for medications they had previously received. Despite these challenges, the employees are praised for their efforts, with one customer suggesting that Kroger should pay them better to improve morale and service quality. Overall, the Kroger Pharmacy experience seems to be heavily dependent on the specific location and the staffing levels at the time of the visit.
Not only the slowest but they are rude and ignore customers standing in line. The dark straight haired female pharmacist(Brooke) just looks at you and does not try to help or send someone to help a customer. None of the people behind the counter should be in customer service. They just don’t care. Sad

I am a board certified family physician and pharmacy refused to fill an antibiotic for children with ear infections, claiming that it was because I was not a pediatrician. This is NOT acceptable, and harms the local community relying on them for important medications. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Don’t get a prescription from here! I was told no more than 15 minutes and I’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours!
