I have had my prescription fill by this Krogers since 2017. I have not had any issues. there are days they are short staff but they work hard to fill the scripts. People need to be more patience. Treat people they way you want to treat at work.

Staff has been extremely helpful every single time I've been here. Whether my wife's or my own prescription. I read others have had issues, but for me, not one single issue that was their fault. Not one.

Always responsive and prompt whenever I have a question. Otherwise, refilling Rxs on the app is pretty simple.

I went to pick up my drug at the store. I was told I already picked it up. I said I had not, but I was told dismissively that I had. I went home and checked my credit cards. No charge to Kroger. I called and again I was told I had picked it up. I said I was more worried that someone may be using the wrong drug. Again, I felt they didn’t care. Then I called my doctor and my insurance with no help. I called Kroger back and asked if they could tell me the last couple of numbers of the credit card that was used. After a hold I was told that the situation was straightened out and my drug was ready to be picked up. I thought maybe they would at least appologize. No.

Prescriptions are never ready until late in the day and staff is rude.

Prescriptions take a long time to be filled and then when they say they are ready, they are ready only half the time.

this is a nice, smaller Krogers! They have a good amount of items that are reasonably priced! They store is clean and the staff is nice.

Would give it a big fat 0 if possible. Nothing ever ready until after 4 PM. Go to pick up after 4, still not ready numerous times. Transferred script to Kroger in New Albany. Ready in 30 minutes. Very limited hours, stand in line forever to pick up medication.

I am trying to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt but it's been a disappointing experience so far. I switched to them from Walgreens 3 months ago. I should tell you though Walgreens was top notch..always polite always accurate on the time my medication would be ready for pick up always well stocked..but when I started using the goodrx app there was a significant difference in the costs of the medications! Huge! So I switched! What a culture shock! Saving 400 dollars a month is a reason to switch right? Be ready for long waits, out of stock medication, and uncaring attitudes from the staff. I am betting short staffed is the culprit but Kroger, you need to rectify the issues! We deserve so much better! Stoneridge Kroger has really let its customers down..both in the store and the pharmacy..I won't pay more to get better service but I will change Locations if you don't pull it together.

The pharmacist at this location is arrogant and rude. He has no compassion or empathy for any of the customers he serves. This was the second time I went to pick up a promised prescription and it was not ready. First time he accused me of not getting a call confirming the prescription. This time I was told there were no refills when I asked why Noone called me he could have cared less. Qhen I went to get my COVID booster i was interrogated by every pharmacy tech as to why I should qualify. I work in health care and was in tier 1A to even qualify for a booster now. I will not be treated as though I am insignificant by this staff any longer.

This is my goto neighborhood grocery stop for some years now and like myself it's still functional but showing some age. Well kept, well lit parking lot shared with a long strip mall. While clean and offering many of the same amenities as other Kroger stores, deli/sushi counter, fresh meat/seafood counter, sizeable produce section, large beer/wine area but no State Liquor store. The layout of the store flows well and there's room to navigate in aisles without an excess of floor displays. While I mainly shop the outer ring of the store forgoing the prepackaged foods, the store seems well stocked for the most part although the visible shortages of the past year or so of Covidland still linger for some items at times. The produce section here is fresh, quite diverse meeting my weekly needs for the greens and great deals on seasonal fruits. The pharmacy is small but has a clinic for vaccinations in a safe, clean environment. For the most part you'll have to use the self check out here with limited hours for cashiers during most hours outside of the busiest. Kroger brand quality and price is what keeps me a regular customer of this mega grocery company. Their 'Private Selection' and 'Simple Truth' labels meet or beat national brands by a considerable amount. Overall it's a decent place for your 'grocery only' shopping, it's not a 'marketplace' version of this chain so there's no general merchandise here. While they have rearranged shelving over the years, this store is due for a remod but still doing it duty as a neighborhood grocer against a lot of nearby competition. Shop well, shop smart, good nutrition is the cornerstone for a good life...
