Don’t buy gift cards here.Shopping here for 20 years. $100 Sephora gc bought 12/3. Had no $ utility when we attempted to use it . Fraud situation. Kroger refuses to be accountable at all and has not resolved the issue. Opening a complaint with attorney general office today.

For whatever reason. Kroger has decided to shut down all but 5 self check out lanes at 8:00pm. The line was easily at 30 deep (not exaggerating) and you have staff hanging around the front of the store laughing and walking around. This is unacceptable to the consumer. I can understand at 10:30pm you start shutting stuff down. But a quick trip to the store at 8:00pm shouldn't require you to get into a 30 customer deep line. Ridiculous.

As an employee at this location for the past couple weeks I have noticed how extremely understaffed we are and how unprofessional management is. Since day 1 there has been lack of training I've worked ohlq majority of time by myself no one comes to check on you no one answers pages or service desk phone there is also a lack of consideration for the employees simple things like covering breaks or just a restroom break is a problem also as an adult scheduling is inadequate your schedule is a pogo stick I really wish HR was around more or the union reps would actually come to talk to employees and see their feelings on things after all we keep kroger a multi billion dollar company while we make pennies and peanuts without us they would shut down treat us with the dignity your kroger code of ethics says you do

Kroger's are usually awesome places, the neighborhood market places are usually even better with higher and stuff. This place I will never return to because of the uncaring and unaccommodating borderline rude manager, Sandy, that refused to allow me to check out 15 minutes past closing. I understand it is my screw up to not be listening to overhead speakers but after 3 years working for Kroger's and 3 decades shopping there, this is the most disheartening experience with the iconic grocery store and I don't think I should be accepting the non customer-centric attitude of the management here.

Gentleman with purple hair and green nails was extremely rude. Pharmacy opened and it took 45 minutes to pull a box of albuterol and smack a sticker on it. Then when I questioned 45 minutes they sat behind the desk laughing at me and talking about me. She has short brown hair pulled in a pony tail. When someone has difficulty breathing this is not okay.

We visit this store weekly. Extremely disappointing experience at the flower/balloon department today. Instead of saying the store doesn’t offer helium refill service (for a ballon that we purchased there), the lady at the counter said helium is very EXPENSIVE and it’ll costs the same as buying a new one. Her tone was dismissive and condescending. My 7 year old walked out of the store in tears. It’s a shame that Krogers would hire such rude and unprofessional people! We will shop somewhere else from now.

My only night off work stopped by to get a few things. 1 was a 12 pack of beer only self checkout. A worker came by couldn't do anything stood there for a few then headed out the door. Kroger if you can't have someone working a register then close your doors. You are not giving me a discount for checking myself out. If you only have self checkout then you can stick your products where the sun doesn't shine

I just stopped in to grab a few things to make dinner since this one is on the way home. One of my purchases was ground beef, Kroger brand. When i got home and started preparing dinner I opened the package of ground beef. The moment i do the smell hits me and i look at the date on the package and see that it had EXPIRED 12 DAYS EARLIER and they still had it out in the case for sale!!!! Is no one aware of FIFO (first in first out) with food or rotation of stock at all! As i walk into the store to get my money back for the spoiled product. I hear some employees stating that they are done for the rest of their shift and it is barely 7 pm at this time. I think they are open for a few hours yet. My thoughts are maybe have the employees that are not doing anything check some of the expiration dates on the products for sale. I understand these things happen but 12 Days is rather excessive to have been missed by everyone. The fact that the manager did not seem that surprised really took me back. She didn't seem overly concerned that they had items that out of date in the store. She barely had anything to say other than "i will give you your money back, and would you like to swap it out?" I really expected a different reaction. Anyways, will no longer shop at this location but for all those that are willing to risk it for the biscuit please check the dates on the products your purchasing.

The shopping center is busy as can be. Packed full of folks however Kroger was running smooth. Not much of a wait and plenty of registers open. Thank you Kroger. Much better job than reynoldsburg ever does.
