“Pierce has been a Columbus institution for almost a century, and their success is well deserved. As a millennial who doesn’t wear suits I don’t have a lot of call for dry cleaning, but I recently used their wash and fold service. I dropped off my laundry at around 7 am and it was ready for pick up by 12:30 pm. You can’t beat that for service, and their staff is friendly and polite.”

“Clean...several different size options for washers.. .two sizes for dryers...machines take quarters or their card (cost $1) which can be reloaded with cash or debit...Canne was very nice, polite, and helpful. They have vending machines or Save-a-lot grocery next for snacks.”

“It's a very good place to go to wash your clothes for a very low price and maybe cheap laundromat. The place is very clean and sometimes the washers and dryers may not work but they are very quick to fix them and it's really a great experience in watching your clothes especially if you are trying to stay on the budget for a good quality. And it's good that they accept credit card so that way you don't have to care around change or money and you could just swipe your card. Anderson a good area where if you want to get some shopping or something done while your clothes are washing or drying you can go to the stores nearby or around the area and they also have TVs playing so you can watch the TVs and they have a bathroom in there that you can use if you are a customer. I would say if you are in the area and need to wash your clothes this is a great place to go. ???”

“Dry cleaning is our need and New Albany Cleaners has been awesome to us. In the height of the pandemic after my parents moved here locally, they helped us out so much. “We go to here to do laundry. The facility is clean. The prices are fair. I love that you can use your debit card instead of having quarters which I never have on me. And the services friendly. The crowd can get a little hectic and busy, but it works. Like any place they have high hours. Go really early or later in the evening you'll be fine”

“I came to your establishment yesterday it was a young lady there and she was so pleasant. The environment was fun and welcoming. The laundromat mat was so clean I was surprised as I haven’t been to a laundromat in years. The most interesting part of it all is she was walking around with a gentleman training him and was able to be very helpful to me and other customers. I asked her a couple questions due to lack of knowledge and she was so helpful and just smiled and said let me show you. At my age it’s nice to have people with patience help me .We need more people like her in this world. I think her name was Brittany or Brandie but either way such a beautiful gem”

“Pretty clean place. Wash $5. Dry 5 minutes per quarter. Takes 75 cents to dry a regular load. Plenty of washers and dryers but a lot of washers out of order it seems. Staff isn’t very friendly. But it’s near home and cost is reasonable.”

“I started going here when I lived in the South Side after my washer broke. I live on the east side now and still make the trek back here whenever I need a laundromat. Reasonably priced compared to many laundromats I've used, friendly staff, free drier days Tuesday-Thursday, well-maintained and sizable units, and remote start (so you don't need to worry about bringing a bag of quarters if you don't want to). Only flaw is that I've never had a drier finish my clothes in 1 cycle, but it's not a big issue considering I only go on free days.They have a LOT of other services, but I've never used them so I can't really comment.”

“Love this place. 24 hour facility with vending machine, ATM, and change machine. No TV or bathroom. Good security camera in place. Has a wide range of sizes of machines with coin or credit card options. Always very clean. I kinda love that no employee are there. I can come at 3AM and have the place to myself. They have huge machines in back that mean 1 machine cleans like 6 loads of laundry and it's very quick.”
“They still accept quarters. The many places near me, you have to put money on a card inorder to use their washers/dryers. I am a coin collector too, I buy more quarters and recycle the ones I don't need back into their machines.”

The laundromat part is big, bright, and clean. I'd definitely use it if I needed it. I'll keep them in mind for dry cleaning someday.”

“I walked in at about 4:30pm and wanted to see if they could do same or next day alterations on a pair of pants. They told me it would take 5 day turn around currently… But thanks to Kenny they were able to help me out in a pinch! I will definitely be returning here for business many times in the future! “First time I was there, empty weekday.I went on a Saturday and it was packed.Lots of people, was really smooth.Machines work well.You put money on a card.Vending food and drinks.Lots of T.V.S and chairs.Folding tables as well.They do have a bunch of carts for laundry and hanging it.Cool place”
“You just cannot beat the price for quality and efficiency. Don't expect a Tide, Swan or Callander facility. They are small and keep overhead to an absolute minimum...that's how you get their price and quality. One other important note: You must prepay...another way they keep their overhead and no show/no pays low.”
