Jovie is the best massage therapist I've ever had! This location is further from my house but I go just to see Jovie every month, her massages help so much with my headaches and back pain. Can't recommend her enough!

I was quoted a price on the phone , and when I was checking out , they increased the price. Completely unacceptable and poor customer experience. I will NEVER go back and highly recommend you either pay first so you don’t get duped or better yet GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- what a poor way to do business. I was going to purchase a membership- so glad I knew they were a dishonest company before I signed up. Julie was fabulous… but she works for a horrible company.

‼️RUN, DON’T WALK AWAY‼️
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude and clearly lacked empathy or professionalism. I had to cancel my appointment due to a medical emergency involving my daughter, and they still insisted on charging me—no compassion, no flexibility. When I tried to explain my situation, I was met with a dismissive attitude, especially from the manager, Allyssa. Just ridiculous!!! Save your time, money, and energy. This place does not prioritize customer care or basic decency.

they will pick up the phone and slam it down as quick as they can. i called and watched them hang up. brown and white lady wearing hijabs.

I had no issues with my massage and stretching but when I went to cancel my membership they refused to cancel stating I signed up for a 1 year membership which is not what I signed up for. DO NOT sign up for a membership here. If you utilize their service pay in cash, I've had to report this as fraud to my cc company and order a new card now.Upon further research Massage Envy has faced and lost class action lawsuits regarding refusing to cancel memberships. Recommend avoiding this business at ALL costs, don't make the same mistake as me.

Apparently if the customer had an appointment and massage envy cancelled that appointment.. it’s the customers job to find availability elsewhere.. definitely cancelling my membership. Advice: Change your policies, and don’t make it inconvenient for your customers
