I am so very grateful for this amazing team of people. They made me feel important, and they genuinely cared about my rehabilitation. I had several mental blocks, that I couldn’t have worked through, without their patience and understanding. I was always challenged, but never felt pushed too far. I have zero interest in being in a position that requires PT again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to come back.

I have been working with Katie Dragt (PT) for almost 2 months. She is awesome!! Very thorough, listens to my issues, provides a plan to help me with daily activities and most of all reassures me that what I am experiencing is normal. She has helped me recover physically and emotionally. I highly recommend her for vestibular rehab. Based on how’s she been with me I know she would be just as thorough and helpful in treating other issues as well.

Scheduling was on it. Most importantly, my PT was on it. Very detailed and took fantastic care of my shoulder. Place is clean and quiet. Staff is on point. Highly recommend. Brent and Marla, who have been helping me with PT gets 5 stars. Excellent job helping with my recovery. They actually care about you here.

I have spent the last several weeks working with Marla Hill for some physical therapy to help rehabilitate a strained hip flexor and lower abdominal strain. This has been my first time needing physical therapy, but she has been wonderful to work with. She is very patient with all my questions and is very friendly and knowledgeable with her responses. The rest of the staff an NovaCare Gahanna has also been friendly and helpful which makes each visit an enjoyable experience.
