I recently sold my house as is through this team, and I have to say, the process was surprisingly smooth! From the start, they were professional and communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way. Their team made sure all my questions were answered, and I never felt left in the dark. One of the highlights was the ease of the online closing—it was convenient and saved so much time!
While I didn’t get as much as I initially hoped, I understand that's the nature of a quick, as-is sale. It’s hard to say if waiting longer would have resulted in a higher offer, but for the speed and ease of the process, I think it was a fair trade-off. Overall, I’m happy with how it went and would recommend them to anyone needing a fast and hassle-free sale!

We can't say enough good things about Offer Express, especially Ed! They were awesome about keeping us informed for every step of the process. If we called or text Ed with a question, he got back with us immediately! We would highly recommend this team for any of your real estate needs.

The Offer Express team was excellent to work with. I sold my home to them after not getting the right offers on the market. Offer Express delivered on their promises and earned my trust. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a company to outright purchase their home at a fair price. I always felt like the team had my best interest in mind and communication flowed freely throughout the closing process. Very positive experience!

Seemed very nice but ended up with the short end of the stick.on price and said I owed taxes,but I had just paid my taxes and Franklin county said I did Not owe any taxes,but I was forced to pay taxes for another year,and I believe I should get that money back.took advantage of a old lady and a widow.very disappointed.

Spoke to Jaylynn at Offer Express on a Sunday afternoon and said she would have an offer within a couple hours, but that did not happen. Followed up today at 2:20pm with nobody answering the phone or a voicemail greeting ug! Skeptical about the service.

I had a very positive experience with Offer Express. I initially spoke with Tim who guided me through the process details. I then met Jennifer who pulled everything together until my house was sold. I have plenty of respect for this team. I always felt that our conversations were open and honest. I appreciate how Jennifer communicated info to me and she never failed on the dates, etc that she presented to me. I can’t say enough good about how the business of selling my house was properly and professionally handled!

My experience with Jen , R she was very helpful in every way you can be with a first time seller. Her communication skills were the best she was always there for each step of the selling process. Jen kept me informed and explained everything in great detail Her mood was very positive and if she were a doctor she would have lots of patients. She knows her job and I Wes very pleased with working with her. Offer express has a true star employee when it come to her. Jen job well done !!!!!

We were eager to sell our home in Florida as quickly as possible in order to buy a condo in Maryland that had just come on the market in a community in which turnover is slow. We had been following sales in that community for years; this was the perfect place for us, and we knew we would have to act fast in order to make a cash offer. It was with some skepticism and trepidation that we contacted Offer Express to discuss selling our home.Tim, our initial contact person patiently explained their process to us. They buy a limited number of homes because the business is a small one. When they make an offer, that is the price that they pay. They do not deduct any fees, no commissions, no deductions, no money at all. When they buy a home, at settlement, the seller gets the same price that was agreed on initially. Not only did the certainty of having a set amount of money for our home make us feel comfortable, but also, Tim spent a good deal of time finding out what our situation and goals were. He called us several times to see how the process was going and was genuinely interested. We were feeling a bit sorry when he told us that he was putting us in touch with Jennifer, his colleague, who would shepherd us through the rest of the process.We should not have been worried! Jennifer was just as delightful as Tim. Jennifer and Tim reiterated, time and again, that they were interested in making the process as seamless and easy as possible. She took us through the steps to finalize the sale, which included photos of our home and a home inspection by a company which works with Offer Express. Everyone we met was kind and considerate, and they all seemed to wish us well. All of that was very nice, but the proof is in the end result.Never having sold a home in this manner before, we were a bit worried that at some point there would be a twist, and we would not have the deal we thought we had. That never happened. The Offer Express team was efficient, honest, and caring. By the time we had closed on the sale of our home, we knew that we were going to miss these folks!Offer Express seemed too good to be true, but this tale had a happy ending. Our Florida home was sold and closed on in short order, and we received every penny of their initial offer. There was little stress as we went through the process. Because Offer Express moved so quickly, we were able to put in a cash offer on the home we wanted to buy, and we closed on our condo in short order.We were spared the parade of people traipsing through our house, and the stress of keeping it absolutely ready for showing every day. In addition, we did not have to answer prospective buyers who might want to bargain with us. If we had to make the choice again, we would choose Offer Express for a quick, honest, streamlined sale of our home.
