I am very displeased with the delivery. I called in advance to make sure I could set a date and time for delivery since we would be out of town. I was told I would receive a call to schedule. Well, I never received a call and my item sat in the rain in my driveway for about a week. It also still has the metal framing around the outside of the box and I'm not sure how I am supposed to dispose of it. This is unacceptable for any product of any size or cost.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their tracking updates might as well say "you'll get it when you get it." The only tracking information I have ever been given for my item just says the same thing 5 separate times for 5 different days. My item was schedule to arrive 4 days ago and is in limbo with no information as to where it is. Don't bother trying to call them, you'll continuously be looped on their automotive answering system until you finally give up. IF my package ever arrives I'm sure it'll be damaged since I can only assume it has been sitting on their delivery truck for the last 4 days. I will probably never order another item from Walmart.com again if they're going to use this freight company.

Package was a week late and delivery wasn’t even scheduled as promised. I seriously needed this delivery scheduled so I’d have some help here, but they instead dumped a $1200 treadmill in my yard and drove off. The tracking system is full of glitches and the delivery experience overall was lazy. We get it. It’s the holidays. I didn’t mind it was late. My issue was the poor customer service. At least knock on the door and let me know it’s in the front yard!

Very impressed. We got our delivery 5 days early. Appt was made fast and the driver communicated thoroughly. He was very nice when he dropped off the box and arrived on the dot!

Was told almost two weeks ago they had my item. Call today waiting on a delivery date the story has now changed. I wouldn’t recommend and if Walmart continues to use them I won’t be ordering large items from them.

Pilot handled the freight transport from something I purchased from Sam's Club. The article came without any damage...but their communication skills need vast improvement. Up until the moment I actually received both articles in the same shipment it seemed that Pilot lost one of my items. Since I did get both I am not concerned, but they were supposed to be delivered Friday (it is Tuesday) the people that Pilot sub contracted the delivery had excellent communication skills. They came at the preset time. Lisa and Bev were wonderful.

Had a projection screen delivered and they went above and beyond to ensure I got it on time for the game even though the company I purchased it from took forever to ship it out. Pilot was top shelf and everyone was extremely professional. Thank you Pilot!

I ordered a TV from Dell and they did an excellent job with their customer service and delivery. Nick at the Gahanna location was amazing to work with! Thank you Pilot Freight!

My item arrived at their dock, and it somehow took 2 entire weeks to get somebody to deliver it. It also took 4 calls, 4 days in a row, to finally have someone call me back (even though I was told each time that someone would call me). All the people that I talked to on the phone were pleasant, but their must be a broken communication link between the people that answer the phone and the people that actually do anything. This was a Sam's club purchase online, their choice of delivery service, not mine.
