Despite the “Open” sign being lit, the door was locked when we arrived. We rang the buzzer, but the man behind the counter just stood there and stared at us. After ringing again, he still refused to open the door—no explanation, no acknowledgment. It was an awkward and unwelcoming experience. Honestly, I’m not sure how this place stays in business if this is how they treat potential customers. Was I simply not the kind of customer he expected or wanted?

Sergio is an honest and kind jeweler. I don't trust anyone else with my jewelry. Family business and is priced right. He can do anything, and Maria, his wife, is the most kind-hearted woman. Thankful to have an exceptional jeweler in my city.

I would never take anything back there to be repaired Shawty Work broke the same day. I picked it up this personality sucked. I would never spend another dollar there. I spent $64 to have two pair of jewelry repaired.

This dude completely ripped me off I gave him $250 to rhodium plate a cross when he gave me the product you could still see the yellow gold and he refused to make it right… Smaller jewelry stores only have their customer service to keep business This guy right here is lacking everything it takes to run a successful business… Save your money and go somewhere else

WARNING! Terrible customer service. The jeweler ruined a ring that I bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter that I simply wanted resized. He blamed me and said he assumed I knew the ring would discolor and get scratched when he resized it. He refused to see the illogic that I never would have chosen to proceed had I known the ring would be ruined. My requests for a refund were dismissed because he said he did nothing wrong; he did what I asked him to do - resize the ring - that it came out discolored and scratched was beside the point. He also claimed not to be able to tell the difference between solid gold and gold plated. A jeweler without this basic knowledge is not someone you want to work with. The motto here is the customer is always wrong. Take your business elsewhere.

Great service and easy watch repair for my Hamilton! In and out in a few minutes. Thankful to find this small business(Be aware google maps has the location a bit off. It is to the left of the movie theater)

Love this place. Redesigned a ring and had three diamonds added to it and it came out beautiful. Bought a spectacular blue topaz ring with a unique artistic setting for my wife, multiple repairs. Always friendly. I see a few comments about the owner not being friendly...I have been here over a dozen times and I have always had great service. It's always my first stop when looking for jewelry.

They helped me pick out a rose gold / silver chain. It was better than what I originally wanted. Had to order it in, but only took four days. I want them to do my custom wedding band! I’m a fan.

I arrived at 9:55am this morning (8/7/2021) to get a new battery for my watch. The sign in the window states they open at 10am today. I waited until 10:25am and still not open. Accordingly, I left. They will never get my business.

I'm only giving this place two stars because the price of the battery was decent. Other than that, maybe this place should just stick to selling jewelry. The person who helped me wasn't friendly at all, wanted as much as the battery cost just to replace a link. My old shop would do it for free. And he must have had trouble getting the backing off because now my watch is chewed up on the back. Wont be returning. I wish The Watch Shop in Gahanna was still open.

This man is amazing!! I had a beautiful 3 diamond pendant That I never wore. I ask if he could make me a ring out of it. He did and I cannot take my eyes offOf it. It is simply beautiful. Thank you, Thank you Thank you. You’re the best.
