They do not respond to concerns which has been very disappointing.
They have always done very well grooming my bichon over the past 1.5 years however this last time was not the case. Not only did he look awful but they forgot to trim his dewclaw. It grew back and into his pad resulting in him trying to chew it down but instead ripped his hair out and created wounds on that paw. It wasn’t until I trimmed the other hair back that I discovered the untrimmed dewclaw. I ultimately had to take him to the vet for treatment of these wounds costing me a lot of money and my poor dog 2-3 wks of suffering in a cone. I called shampooch and spoke with someone who said they would let the manager know and call me back- I never received any call. I then left a voicemail for them to call and again they never did. I was happy to support a local small business but given they don't even care enough to call back when there are issues, they have lost my business.

This was our first time here as we are new to the area. I loved being able to make an appointment online and they were available relatively soon. It took about 4 hours for my 2 small dogs but that’s to be expected. Their hair was very long and they needed the works. The staff was prompt, friendly and I am very happy with the final result.

Just wow!!! The owner of this business is incredible. My 5 year old English cream golden came here today and the service was 10/10!! My golden gets nervous and they texted me pictures to keep me updated. My dog has the best groom he’s ever had! Thank you thank you!! We can’t wait to come back soon!!!

My Mamaw tried to call and the guy said he was helping a customer, said he would call her back and hung up. I called back in and no one would answer the phone. Terrible customer service. Never even called her back.

I took my husky in yesterday to get groomed! I am very particular on where I take my dog and I just relocated to Columbus. I looked up the reviews and the had great reviews! I was excited to find a good groomer. About a week and a half ago I called and spoke to one of the gentlemen that works there. I asked a lot of questions and asked if they knew how to groom husky’s and I was told yes and that they groom 6 husky’s on a regular occasion! After wrapping up the phone call I was told to bring shot records and all! The day I show up I have my husky and my other little dog. The guy that checked me in looked like he had just rolled out of bed. He just kept saying it’s been a morning. He never asked for my shot records or anything. I told him that the Husky needed a sanatary trim (which is normal) and a blow out and brush. I was told it would take 3-4 hours! I called about 5 hours in and he said he was a little behind, no worries on my part as long as my dogs look good right?! Well when I get the phone call at 7 hours in saying they are ready! I show up about 30 minutes later! I was told one of my dogs had fleas, not sure how 1 out of the 4 of my dogs has fleas but I let that go. I then proceed to pay $150 dollars for both dogs and tipped $15. My little dog came out and looked good! My husky…… she came running out without a collar or her harness. When I get her she peed all over the place (which is not like her) and was coward down. Once again I didn’t think anything of it. But as I started to look more, I noticed that her sanitary area had not been touched. None of her hair was trimmed around her paws, she didn’t smell clean, her paws were still dirty from being in the rain the day before, and to top it off she still has chunks of fur coming out from coat. If you have had a husky and a blow out you know that there is no chunks of fur left from the undercoat. She also had a mat in her ear prior to arrival, which yes it is still there. The guy when I picked up my dog just kept saying “I just want to make sure my customers know they get honest work from me”. He had made a comment about using wooden spoons on dogs too.
Overall. Terrible experience. I spent $150 for a job I could have done on both of my dogs. Honest work, I would say not.
On another note, I plan on calling this morning but I don’t feel like I will get an “honest” response.

Super friendly staff. My baby Jasper came home smelling like fresh berries and his paw pads and fur are the softest they have been in a long time!

Can’t understand how a tick was found on dog’s neck after bath, dry and cut? The tick was left on dog for 4 hours. Why table change at end of service and dog takes flea/tick meds. Perhaps equipment needs sanitized. Cut was fine, but disturbed by policy: “ remove tick in front of customer.” Makes no sense.
