Used this Public Storage location for a few months to store extra items that needed to be stored. Big pods, lots of storage room.

Great out of the way location for storage.

No trouble or problems with this place, BUT. They currently advertise $94 for a unit, and they just upped our charge to over $200 for the same one. Consider this your warning, it might be the only one you get!

The store manager at the 841 Taylor Station Rd location went above and beyond for us! She actually clocked back in to help us, at the end of the day, get access to the storage unit we had won at a different location. Phenomenal customer service! Her kindness and understanding were much appreciated!
