I stopped in to see if they could fix the band of my ring because it was bent. Not only did they repair it free of charge, but they also polished both of my rings — they look brand new! The service was fast, kind, and beyond what I expected. Amazing service — I highly recommend The Diamond Studio!

AMAZING SERVICE!! I walked in frantic that my favorite diamond necklace was ruined due to two knots in the chain. Well to my surprise an angel walked out and said oh that's nothing give me a second. Not only did she get both of the small knots out in less than 5 minutes they cleaned my necklace at NO COST! I was beyond pleased as my necklace looks brand new and The Diamond Studio has a forever customer!

Fast friendly service. I dropped my wedding ring off to have my prongs re-tipped. I was very happy when they called me the next day to tell me it was already finished. When I picked my diamond up, I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked. Thank you!

The diamond Studio is my shop to go to when I need repair sevice on my watches and jewelry.
Many times, they will service my item while I waited That wasn't an issue when I first started going there since I lived close-by. But since I moved to German Village, their quick, while you wait capability, has saved me a lot of mileage. .
Their watch collection is first rate, with a goodly percentage tagged with great prices.

Brian and his associates were extremely helpful and patient while my wife and I were customizing her engagement ring. He was able to craft her exactly what she was looking for, and also gave us an incredible deal. I will not hesitate to go back to them for any future needs.

Woman on the phone was unhelpful and rude. I simply wanted to ask a question, not get a quote or anything. I asked if they fix water damaged watches, she said that's a question for the jeweler. I asked if the jeweler was available to answer my question, she said yes, but I'd have to bring it in to speak with him. I asked why I couldn't just ask him if they fix water damaged watches, and the woman grunted and got frustrated with me, like I was inconveniencing her by asking a simple question versus driving 35 minutes to somewhere that would potentially say "we can't work on water damaged watches." You can't just answer if you fix water damaged watches or not? I'm not asking if you can fix mine specifically- I completely understand promises cannot be made over the phone when you don't know what the piece looks like. But some places don't work on water damaged watches. That's all I wanted to know so I didn't waste my time going out there. I just wanted to know if they would at least take a look at it but nobody would say if they try to fix water damaged watches! I ended up calling Watch and Clock Services in Hilliard and he gave me straight answers and said he's able to fix water damaged watches, but he doesn't know about mine until he sees it. That's all I wanted to know- the last three places I called can't work on water damaged watches, which is fine, because they simply told me they couldn't do it. Diamond Studio was wasting my time and the receptionist was snappy and unwilling to answer a basic question.

Ryan & Bryan really came through on my custom wedding band! I had ordered a band and realized about a week before my wedding that it didn’t match my ring as I had hoped. The studio made a custom band to match my ring within 3 days and it is absolutely perfect! They also stayed within my budget. I can’t thank them

Went to price replacement wedding bands as we weer told our old bands were damaged due to wear. We were given a price for the replacement bands. We were then asked to bring our old bands in to have them assessed. We were told the rings were on good shape, they were cleaned and the groom's ring resized. Much less expensive. The resizing was done to match the pattern.
