Bought a bed in October of 21. Laid on several and decided on one that felt good and supportive but still soft. They originally said they couldn’t source materials and then called saying they had the option we wanted available. The mattress we got was nothing like the one in store. This mattress makes a grinding noise from the springs constantly, it is not nearly as supportive as the one felt in store and overall sleep quality is subpar. After only 2 years the mattress squeaks and groans and has become the guest bedroom mattress because we’d rather not sleep on it nightly.

From beginning to end, I had an outstanding experience with The Original Mattress Company. Jon was my salesperson in the store and he bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my queen mattress and split box springs - and headboard. Delivery guys Kevin and Aaron were fantastic. Have been there on three occasions. Could not be more pleased with my experience each time out. Service is friendly and the quality of the mattresses are very high. Really not reason to go anywhere else.
