“A “CAT-Tastic” Crew!!! On this dreary day, I started my car and headed off to take care of a family member. Two hours later, as I was driving to the grocery store, I heard a noise under my car that resembled the sound of an animal in distress. When I arrived in the store's parking lot, the sound was piercing. I looked throughout my car to find where the noise was coming from and called various agencies for assistance, but none was available. Determined, I drove to McCombe Body Shop which was nearest to the grocery store and I spoke to a worker named Nathan who agreed to help me. A car detailer named Chris found and removed a kitten that had been stuck for at least 3 hours between a panel under my!! McCombe's Body Shop payment charge was a promise to find a home for the kitten. I was relieved of my stress and filled with “tears of joy!!!” It couldn't get any better than that!! Thank you for your compassion , help and teamwork!”

“My wife was involved in a hit and run accident 1900 miles from home as she is a traveling medical professional. The B & J Towing Service owner and his tow truck driver Bill were exceptionally professional and compassionate in providing above and beyond service. Both arrived at the accident scene within 30 minutes of our insurance contacting them. She was at a loss for transportation to the rental car company, and the owner graciously provided her a ride to the airport in Columbus, Ohio to get her rental. He then provided her with additional information about where her car was going and covering the process of getting the car to the repair facility. He told her was very familiar with the body shop stating they do excellent work. Additionally, The owner was out on personal business and responded with his driver to help, I cannot say enough about him and his business as it also represents contributing to research and cures for cancer. Their motto is "Towing for a Cure". My wife has expressed much love and appreciation for him and employee to encounter such compassionate and professional people.”

The noise was coming from the tires. She had gotten new all-weather tires at NTB. I have used him before but now I will go see him first.”

“20231017 - I called here and spoke to Shannon (Manager) to explain and schedule a problem with my hitch running lights.When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and attended to by Becky. We touched base on the request and expectations regarding an installed U-Haul hitch (installed a couple years back) in which the running lights were not working. Becky provided plenty of insight and information on the approach. Becky explained the problem after she diagnosed it and the steps required to remediate the issue. Becky did an amazing job and had me back on the road very promptly.On the other hand, the other person at the counter did not appear "customer service" attentive.I have seen many folks at this place through the years, Becky is a clear winner. Shannon, give Becky a raise ASAP (inflation is real, job needs to be meet the market) and keep her around before she finds another opportunity.For anyone visiting this place, ask for Becky - she was amazing and detailed oriented as it relates to customer service and hitch repair.”

“The huge thunderstorm knocked a panel off the bottom of my car. Couldn't get it duct taped up, and driving it while it was hanging down from the back, dragging 'forward' didn't appeal at all.I called Speedway as soon as they opened, and they told me to bring it in.
