Penske Truck Rental
1525 Blatt Boulevard, Gahanna OH 43230
“Outstanding customer service from Cody and Phil. Especially impressed with Phil’s management style — insists that his employees (clean, business casual attire, well groomed, friendly and polite) receive all the credit as he buzzes nonstop in the background setting them up for success. Premises and equipment were spotless, full tanks of diesel and DEF, and they even threw in tie down rope and an appliance dolly gratis. The truck beds are a lot higher off the ground than U Haul, but the road feel is so much better. A great start today to a 900mi move. Definitely got I paid for. Penske knocks it out of the park. Thanks again Cody.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
138 North Hamilton Road, Gahanna OH 43230
“I had a great experience with my U-Haul rental, thanks to the employee who helped me. From the start, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through the entire process in a way that made everything easy to understand, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by helping me recover a pair of sunglasses I had left behind. That level of care and attention is rare and made a big impression on me. Overall, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism, and I’d absolutely recommend this location because of him.”
