“This Penske is THE BEST truck rental company of all the rental companies I called, both with the rate provided and the STELLER customer service. Phil provided ALL the answers I needed at the very beginning and throughout the process, as I am renting one way with a car carrier, dropping off in Dallas. Phil genuinely cares about his customers, and so do the others helping with rentals- Ariyanna and Andrew. There is a Penske closer to where I live, but I will rent from this location!
