Especially impressed with Phil’s management style — insists that his employees (clean, business casual attire, well groomed, friendly and polite) receive all the credit as he buzzes nonstop in the background setting them up for success. Premises and equipment were spotless, full tanks of diesel and DEF, and they even threw in tie down rope and an appliance dolly gratis. The truck beds are a lot higher off the ground than U Haul, but the road feel is so much better. A great start today to a 900mi move. Definitely got I paid for. Penske knocks it out of the park.
