I am editing my review once more. *This REVIEW is for the MILL STREET, GAHANNA, OH address, ONLY!*I had an appt with y'all and you were not open! I drove over 2 hours. I went to your door and it was locked. END of story. There was a note on the door, which I didn't take a picture of and it said, "we are closed".....Google is showing me - it is this location in Gahanna that I am writing about. Not any of the other stores. I did speak to *other* UBREAKIFIX stores yesterday and they were all very nice and helpful and told me that they didn't even have what I needed regardless.So, this isn't technically your fault, BUT the Mill Street address wasn't open, ether. So I made a special trip for nothing and that is what I am upset about.I would think if you wanted to have a contract with Samsung OR Care+, you would want to speak with the person who is needing the work done, to schedule an appt. OR in my case, let them know IF the part they need is in stock, which apparently mine issue is not in stock. (Probably save a lot of headaches from people like me, that voice an opinion.)

They were prompt and fixed the phone fairly quick. Not much of a fuss at all. I would go back if I needed my screen fixed again.

Tom and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Both my and my wife's phones appeared to have very cracked screens. They immediately thought the screens could be okay as we had screen protectors. They removed the protectors and the screens were fine! Great job! We'll tell all our friends.

Tom in the Gahanna, Ohio location is brilliant. He was customer focused and really helped us. We are so glad he was able to help fix our phones in just a few minutes. Give that man a raise!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. If your device needs to be fixed, go to the Polaris location. The polaris location is privately owned and the Gahanna location is a corporate store.On July 14, I took my laptop in to be fixed for a broken hinge and 3 weeks later when it came back on Aug 3, whoever they sent it out to, they broke my screen. Tried to blame me at first and then they accepted blame. Ordered the wrong part for my laptop 3-4 times and then on Aug 29 they said the only option was to send my laptop back out to the same people who broke my screen. The manager said it was either send it back out to the people who broke my screen or a refund. I wasn't happy with that since at that point, it had been 6 weeks of me dealing with this store and if they send it back out, what is it going to be this time? My battery missing? I had to contact the attorney general's office to try to get a refund and my screen fixed through someone else. They ignored the attorney general's office entirely. The attorney general's office in which they advised me to take them to small claims court. Instead of that I went to corporate and they fixed the issue. I received a FULL REFUND and my laptop got fixed in 2 days by the polaris location. I just got my laptop back today and it's Sept 28. So this didn't get resolved for about 11 weeks. Once I contacted corporate, my laptop was fixed in a week with a refund.PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. PLEASE GO TO THE POLARIS LOCATION.

Tom did exactly what he said he would. Ordered the part for the following day then installed it and had it ready for pick up at the agreed time. Very pleasant, prompt and professional service, what more can you ask!

The team at uBreakiFix did an awesome job. They diagnosed my issue quickly, provided several options and had my phone back in a very reasonable amount of time. Tom provided great customer service and Larry was quick on the repair.

Had my phone screen repaired, less than a week later phone screen failed again after charging me $300 for the repair. Took it back and was told it wouldn't be covered.Worst experience ever! I encourage you to utilize another repair service.

Samsung+ & I couldn't verify repair part Availability by phone. 1 hour drive a waste if no parts. No battery charge (0) when returned to me. No FAST charger in store. I stood there and used slow charge for MAPQUEST.

Got there around 11:30. Guy said he’d fix the screen by replacing a it by 4. Took slightly longer, but did a fine job putting the iPhone back in useable condition.

Fast service at a great price! I was pleasantly suprised at how they were able to replace my Samsung S21 Ultra screen in 1.5 hours and did a great job!
