“I gave to say, I was nervous about taking my puppy here after reading some of the reviews. I even called my regular vet’s office back to make sure this would be a good option since they were booked up and didn’t have any emergency appointments available. Needless to say, my experience was very positive! The staff listened to my concerns, thoroughly addressed the issue, and provided clear instructions for caring for my puppy at home. My puppy is feeling much better, and the instructions they gave me were very helpful throughout the rest of the week. I also felt that the cost was affordable, and based on my experience, I would feel comfortable considering this place as an option for emergency medical care in the future. Side Note: There is a cleanup/disposal fee if the staff has to clean up after your pet has an accident. Also, there may be a wait to be seen by the veterinarian, so keep in mind that your pet should be able to sit and wait around other dogs who may also be waiting to be seen. :::”

“We recently took Rocket in for an emergency visit. We knew he was in pain, but we didn't know what was causing it. Dr. Clay was easily able to find the area of concern and prescribe meds to get him back on his feet. She could have easily racked up the cost of the visit with x-rays and blood work. It was obvious her only concern was for Rocket and not for upcharging. Outside of the office visit and emergency visit costs our bill was around $20 for meds. Thank you for your excellent care!”
