“We have recently ran into a situation where I needed to have a vet for our dog. We called her vet in Zanesville, and every vet in town. No one was able to work her in. Called McConnelsville, and they were not able. Reached out to family in Marietta and they recommended Dr. Kid. I had to wait for a return call, but Dani (who answered phone) was more than willing to ask if they would be able to squeeze her in. This was despite their already busy scheduled day. When I spoke to Dani, I explained everything to her that had been going on. By the time we got there, my dog had we from being lethargic, seeming almost dead, no appetite, to being back to her self. They assured me I was not crazy and they were still willing to see her. They informed me that we would have a wait which I was totally ok with. I could see they were busy. We actually waited about 2 hrs, and I was debating on leaving, Because my dog was doing so much better, but we made the trip she needed to be seen. Although I thought my dog was back to normal, blood work told us otherwise. I don’t believe that we would’ve had a long visit if it hadn’t been our situation where they were working her in. The staff was more than nice. Everyone seemed very, very caring. And I was at their mercy. Dr. Kidd was very thorough and explaining what was going on. Dani was able to help with more questions. Our girl may have a little road ahead of her. We as a family are more than grateful for their willing to squeeze here in. We got answers and a plan. 100% glad we made the drive to this office. I can’t thank them enough.”

“I am so grateful that I found Dr. Henry! I have an 11 year old Newfoundland, and about 6 months ago she could no longer get in and out of the car. Just talking about the car would stress her out. Now we only use Buckeye Mobile Vet Services, and Dr. Henry and her assistant have been absolutely wonderful. They truly care about what is best for animals, and Dr. Henry stays informed and up to date on the latest treatment options. She really takes her time to explain any diagnosis and the choices for treatment. I am so thankful to have such a wise and caring vet!”

“All personnel I encountered during my visit were very nice. Dr. explained in detail specifics about my pets, one dog & three cats. They had a special well check fee which helped. Services were costly, but I haven’t reviewed in comparison with other vets. Everything seems so expensive these days, so perhaps in comparison, it’s within norm.”

“New client of Dr Laufman’s today! My 4yr old frenchie Miguel has had a few bouts of IVDD flare ups, allergies and GI issues. We could t get into our other vet we’ve done acupuncture with in the past so thought we’d try Dr Laufman out. So glad we did and so satisfied with our first visit!
We were taken into a clinical room right away. Tonia was very very thorough, kind and patient getting all of our info and concerns before seeing Dr Laufman and it was a lot. Dr Laufman took her time and explained everything and options for our treatment and goals. She answered all questions and did great with Miguel. He’s the sweetest lil dog but does have anxiety at the vet. This is the best he’s tolerated acupuncture thus far and was a champ for bloodwork and urine sample. I believe that is from the kindness and patience of Dr Laufman and Tonia.
Thank you for such a great first visit to help my boy live his best life and avoid more future issues. No pushing for vaccines, no chastising of any kind for things I may have missed or fallen short on in Miguel’s care, I was commended on my home feeding and supplements in Miguel’s regimen and received great advice on 2 things to add to that. One is from Chinese herbal medicine and we are hopeful this will aid in Miguel’s issues and overall health!”
