Prices are high for the same identical dormant products so you can get other parts stores. They also need to work on their phone etiquette a little bit.

Amy was so helpful tonight. She helped get us everything we needed, while we were stuck in the parking lot trying to get our trailer breaks working. We were towing our camper another 65 miles home. She really cared and helped us get successful on the way. Thank you Amy!!

This place is awful if you're a woman. The older gentleman that works here will talk to you like a toddler even if you know exactly what you're looking for. I will never set foot in this store again as long as they let their employees treat female customers that way.
