Good, consistent food. A really nice lady ran out food out (we had to pull to the side to wait on mozzarella sticks). We realized that they had forgotten one of our drinks. She was apologetic and ran the drink right out to us.Parking: Free parking lotKid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly

They finally brought back the 2-5 value menu. I stopped going because the prices kept going up. It's still expensive for what it is but if you like roast beef then it's Arbys.

You never know what you’re gonna get. Depends on whose working one guy is amazing and friendly and that’s about it. I’d rather drive 15 mins out of my way to go to a different location if he’s not working. I placed an order thru the app so I wouldn’t have to go in. I get there the lady rudely says come in it’s not ready. I ask for a side of jalepnos and she’s like we charge for those (I figured that ) and was like you’ll have to wait for those real snotty. Then wait 11 minutes past the time my order said it would be ready only to get it home and the bread be hard and the mozz I had to wait for be cold.

We ordered cookies and and a half pound with cheese. They did not give us either. The manager stated I needed to drive 15 miles back to the location and show my receipt. Manager was very rude. Their staff did not take down my half pound had cheese (incompetent). So, no reimbursement and I was out 10 dollars on my cookies (thieves). I will be calling corporate on this branch. Furthermore, I do not recommend nor will I be returning to this location! Absolutely unacceptable!!

My family and I decided to stop at this location to dine in after a long day of travel. When we arrived we were not greeted in any fashion, we also waited for over five minutes while listening to what seemed like a manager with a power trip continuously tell her employee that she was going to write her up(profanity was used). I would think that a manager would not want her customers to hear that sort of behavior and would take said troublesome employee beind closed door. We were never waited on for the time we were there and we left. The employee that was cleaning the dining area was speaking into her ear piece and was having a conversation with someone else with an ear piece and said I told them goodbye at the door we don't want dine in customers. Don't know who owns this location but your employees are running off your profit, And no I will not fill out your form to tell someone more about it. A true business owner would care about his customers as it is they're their way of life.

Went through the drive-thru had to pull through to get my sandwich and Coke told them I wanted three sauces they brought it without without the coat without the sauces now I'm in the drive-thru again to try to get my damn soda something's definitely wrong
