I'm on a cross country road trip and our new Expedition decided the drivers door didn't want to lock. I will handle the primary issue when I get back home, but needed a key cut as it was delivered to me by the selling dealer as a blank. Dropped by Donley at the recommendation of family. This is a small dealer so they were unable to cut the key, however, the folks in service and parts were super helpful and friendly. Got me the code needed to get it cut, and provided recommendations of where to get it cut.

My salesman Drew did an outstanding job from start to finish. I am an out of state buyer and had placed an order for my vehicle back in late 2022. Drew put up with all my pestering and came through with the vehicle being delivered from the factory within 30 minutes of my plane landing in Columbus, Ohio A little drama over the finances, but we were able to resolve the very next day when I took delivery. I left town around 1 pm and drove it all the way home to the west coast. This is a small town dealership in Galion, OH. I would highly recommend Drew & Donley Ford of Galion, OH for your next vehicle purchase.

This Dealership worked hard for me. I didn't think that I would be able to get into a New Escape. I'm now driving my 2018 Escape SE. They were very helpful. Small town Dealer but Mighty Service.
