K C's Aquaworld is a wonderful aquatic store in Galion with amazing customer service. The owner is very knowledgeable, super helpful, and very nice, knowing his stuff about the hobby. He offers great, inexpensive selection and a wide array of tropical fish, with the best fish. The service is personal; he greets customers at the door, has no problem answering any and all questions, and talks with them about their needs. He is all about the fish and their legacy, focusing on helpful, natural solutions instead of selling chemicals. Amazing customer service I got greeted at the door and he has no problem answering any questions I had, I was the only one in the store most of the time and he talked with me about the hobby the whole time and a great selection of fish definitely should check it out
