The Gallipolis CVS gets 3 stars only because of how things are handled on the phone. This week I have called in 3 times to get one prescription filled and it is still not filled. I’ve had no calls explaining why it is not even on process. My biggest complaint is the phone system though. You shouldn’t have to listen to announcements and go through nearly 5 minutes of prompts in order to get to a pharmacy associate but when you do get through, you should get treated like you’re a customer and not an annoyance to their day. Sometimes a phone call is what’s needed to handle an issue and customer service should be paramount. Seriously considering switching pharmacies at this point unless things get better.

Understaffed and way overpriced. What staff they do have are great!
