The worst hamburger I've ever had. Over the years I've had beef processed at different locations and never have I had hamburger this bad. When the hamburger was processed, large chunks of connective and/or endothelial tissue was ground up and present throughout all of the hamburger. It's unappetizing to eat hamburger when you don't know if your next bite is going to include stringy rubbery matter.

They are friendly and they will be growing bigger the meat is the best quality. I won't buy from a store again. They also donate to food banks..

You have no idea what Tomorrow could bring, order a whole cow or pig and you won't have any worries, the freezers full. They make it easy and stress free. Thankyou for the excellent meat!

Exceptional quality, clean facilities, friendly and honest people, and fair prices. I’ve had Flatrock process two beef and four hogs in the last few months, and they’ll have all my business in the future. I’m extremely happy with their products and packaging, and my customers rave about their bacon, ham, and sausage. We appreciate the multiple options for seasonings and smoked meats. Give their Cajun sausage a try, it’s the best around!
