“The service is beyond and above what is expected of the service industry. I placed an order for a beautiful young lady in Gallipolis. Living several hundred miles south of Gallipolis, I had no idea which florist to use.Basket Delights knew exactly where she lived and did not charge extra even though she lives several miles outside of the city limits. On the day they were delivered she had run a brief errand. Rather than leaving the arrangement unattended outside, the owner called her and met her in another location. Even though it was their busiest time of the year, I was not charged extra.”
