“Good afternoon. My wife and I are long overdue in handing out this absolute praise for 2 wonderful ladies working in the Gallipolis Ohio office. Our Heart felt thanks is extended to Jeanna and Shelley!! about this time last year we were late getting to a request for a printed trip tick for use by my Wife Margaret and our daughter. Simply put, Margaret is old school and prefers paper GPS to the electronic version!! When asked on very short notice, Jeanna and Shelley stepped to the plate and provided that needed trip tic!! I’m still amazed at the speed they did this in and just a great customer service experience. We have had AAA for near 40 years now. I cannot tell you that they have ever failed us when needed. Jeanna and Shelley are a testimony to why that happens with this organization. Again. My apologies for such a late review (this was July 2023), but still felt it worth noting. Thanks again ladies!!
