Do not shop here for parts!!!!! Guy told me the parts I was looking for are obsolete. did not check for other options before picking up the phone and looking up parts for someone else ignoring me. Cross N Sons looked up the parts I need and informed me they are not obsolete. I'll drive the extra distance now for better service. You need to work on your customer service skills or hire people with manners

The exact same treatment you get when you walk into an AutoZone! A very simple product that is universal and they have zero knowledge at the desk! This was my 1st and last experience there

Be very Leary of this place!!! We brought our 2 year old tractor in because a hydraulic line was leaking right at the fitting… I had a long time friend recommend Jim’s in fact this is where I bought the tractor. He stated,”they are so good that I’ve taken stuff in and they didn’t even take it off the trailer! The hose is long enough that they can just put another end on it!” I made sure the tractor was washed and clean but when I showed up I discovered that Massey Ferguson in Gallipolis has been bought by Green’s Equipment Group LLC. Justin told me the repair wouldn’t be a problem but I would have to leave it there. I asked how much to change the oil and grease it while they had it there? He said $100.00. He also said I could pick it back up in a couple of days… This was on Monday. On Thursday I still had not heard anything, so I called them. They told me they had ordered the hose and it still hadn’t come in… I told them that I had specifically told them to not order a hose but to simply trim and replace the hose end and That I did not want to buy a new hose. The guy said he didn’t know what I was talking about! I got off of the phone and drove down there. Some one was lying to me. Justin said they had Fraley’s next door make a new hose for it…and it would be ready by 2:00. I addressed the issue that I had told him not to order a new hose. He tried to say they could get one made for $85.00 next door but would have to pay $95.00 to order one from Massey Furgussen. He would not address our initial conversation, but said “now”that they couldn’t put a new end on it… when I left it there he said they could put an end on it…by the way… He charged 95.00 for the hose. I told him I wanted my old hose back. He did give it back to me. All said and done. $535.35! I explained to him no one called me to tell me all of this or that they were going to take the hose off and replace it. (After I specifically told them not to or I would take it somewhere. ) A manager was not available. I have been unable to speak to the manager. This was all on 3/28/2024. I told him when I left that they took me this time but that I would not be coming back there to do any business ever again. I have since taken my business to Cross and Son’s in Jackson. In fact we have already gone there once and was quite pleased. Be warned there was quite a line of people waiting to do business. While waiting in line we heard other customers saying they would not be going back to Gallipolis either… Don’t get taken like we did!

Extremely rude salesman, didn't listen to a solitary word I said, lied about what they had in stock, and insisted in ONLY offering me what HE thought I needed, NOT what I told him I was looking for.... I will drive 100 miles out of my way to avoid ever shopping here again.

Probably OK service but I'd never know. They put my name on "the list" for tractor repairs and never called me back. (Same with the New Holland place in Jackson.) After 12 months of being on everyone's lists, I finally got the John Deere mechanics at Bridgeport to do an awesome job repairing my New Holland tractor.
