“Yesterday I went into AT&T to trade in my old phone. I was greeted by Ms. Kay Pearson. Kay was very professional very pleasant to work with. She was very informative. She helped me reset my phone to factory settings with ease.
She didn't mind taking the time to direct me through the process. I informed Kay that was having a problems with delay in receiving text messages or not receiving it at all. She went into my phone settings and took care of it. I haven't had a problem with receiving text messages sent.
Great job okay keep up the great work you doing at AT&T.”

“If I could give this store 50 STARS I would. Every associate I’ve encountered here has been helpful, friendly, and goal oriented with each interaction. Today I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Elijah. He was courteous, kind, and understanding of my situation and provided the best solution possible. That guy is getting cookies.”
