Wouldn’t recommend this paint shop to paint my bicycle. Paint didn’t last 6 months. Won’t stand behind there work was told in Glens words “will be showroom condition paint” brought my bronco in to him we had done some body work in it stated to Glenn and his team whatever it takes to make it perfect told him if that included redoing any of the bodywork so be it didn’t give him a limit on the budget to make it perfect. Brought the bronco to him as a shell all he had to do was remove windows and weatherstripping and replace the weatherstripping once it was all put back on that’s another issue none of it was put back on properly causing leaks. Pinstriping failed within first month overall 1/10 rating. His solution was a little bit of money back at the time I took it as he made it seem that was my only option. Had two quotes from two shops for $10k to sand it down and repaint it everyone has told me paint has a thin clearcoat that’s the reasons for the bubbling so soon. Oh and he told me hed seek legal action if I did this but I think it’s fair for everyone to know what kind of work this shop does. Pictures below show the fender he told me he could match up perfectly as we found an oem fender shortly after getting the vehicle painted that matched the body line better. The bubbling on the door you can see the original paint under the front left fender so no primer was sprayed before, weatherstripping that I was told would lay down once the sun hit it still leaks to this day. And the top of my bronco has already faded. (Paint would have life time warranty as long as I owned vehicle as well) however now tells me since he gave me little money back warranty void.

Had 3 golf ball sized dents removed from my car. I was worried about the paint match because it’s Subaru blue but it looks brand new! Very happy with the results and the customer service was great. Already brought in my other car for paint work because they did such a good job.

Took my truck to obs as suggested by my insurance company. Minor work from an animal collision. The man there said it would take about 3 days to get done after the parts come in. I drop my truck off with only major damage to the front of the truck being the grill and hood along with other small things like plastic parts behind grill and an ac condenser. After 3 days I go to pick my truck up and whoever the "paint pro" there was couldn't have been more than a shade tree rattle can painter. The hood still had a roll on the front along with the bubbles and debris in the paint not to mention the big dent on the passenger door that wasnt there when i dropped the truck off that the shop tried to act like it wasnt them. They looked back at pics from drop off and there was no dent when i left it there. They said they'd fix that. They didn't replace the ac condenser like they stated from the beginning. Took the truck back to have the the hood redone for the second time and mentioned the ac condenser and they acted like it wasn't an issue and didn't need replaced until I let them know a service tech at the dealership I took my truck to said it was smashed flat. Today I go out to my truck after it was supposedly fixed right this time and guess what... the spot that was messed up after the second time has came back and the paint and primer on the hood has started falling out. The paint has never cured and it's soft after weeks of being painted. I can see my finger print in the paint just from touching it. If your insurance company recommend this place, I'd request another body shop. Definitely not going to take my truck back. I will make sure my insurance company knows this and I will have it fixed by a shop that has pride in their work and not rush jobs out the door.

A great place to go I've went to them twice and haven't had any problems. When you pick up you're car they have it perfect and cleaned up.

DO NOT take your vehicles to OBS Collision Services in Gallipolis. They’re incompetent. The bumper of the Camry looked worse when they were finished with it than it did before they touched it. I had to tell them twice that their work was unacceptable. They made the process very inconvenient. There are still scratches from them on the sensors, but clearly they were incapable of fixing the bumper any better than they did. Photos from the first time they called and said the Camry was ready for me to pick up. ?
UPDATE: I was just called by this business and screamed at and threatened for leaving this review.

I was rear ended and it took approximately one month to get my vehicle on the schedule for repairs. I wasn't surprised as that seemed to be an issue everywhere I looked. I chose OBS because they did give me the best quote. I was told my vehicle would be finished in a week. I dropped it off on Monday and was told I could pick it up on a Friday. Friday came, it wasn't ready...no problem. I was then told it should be ready Monday. Monday came, it wasn't ready...no problem. I was told it would be ready Wednesday. I went in Wednesday afternoon and was told it should be ready that evening. I paid my remaining balance (my mistake!) so that they could leave it out for me to pick up after hours Wednesday night. (We had to pay half down to order parts!) I got a call Wednesday evening it wouldn't be ready...now there's a problem as I only had a rental until Thursday. They then told me it would be ready Friday. Friday came and they tried saying it wasn't going to be ready again, that there was an alignment issue. As in the bumper wasn't lining up nicely or looking "quite right." I had originally been told they were simply missing a bracket that had to be special ordered. I insisted they leave my vehicle for me to pick up and I'd decide if it looked ok or not. It seemed to look and drive fine, but 5 days after picking it up my tailgate will not open manually or automatically!!I'm a mom of 5 who drives a mini van...my trunk space is extremely important and I need to access it everyday!! They not only didn't fully fix my vehicle...it looks fixed, but the tailgate not functioning is a huge problem...they have terrible communication between employees.Also, let me just say... I understand their receptionist is just a messenger, but she does a poor job of relaying messages!

Stopped to ask a question and the man at the counter was more interested in a private conversation with a man than business with a customer. When someone else finally acknowledged me they were very annoyed.
