big shout out to logan very helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable got me a great deal on some brake lights and windshield wiper blade. even offered to install them for me 5 star all day

I was the only one in the store.. I guess the price was reasonable.. there were three employees behind the counter ..2 chit chatting..nobody greeted me until I stepped up to the register to ask for my item... No smiles no offer to help replace my turn signal I didn't get a thank you but I did get a "have a nice day" they all never made eye contact.. seem like they hated being there.. sorry

Had a lifetime warranty part that went bad so called in and they looked me up by phone number and found the part in question and said bring old part and they would trade it out. Take old part in then I'm told I returned the part 2 months ago and refused to warranty the part. Several staff there and no one else took over to check for the mistake. Last part I'll ever buy from them. Plus guy was rude so I ended up being the same way as I walked out and went to autozone.

They will work with you to get you either what you need or something that may work instead.Couldn't get the bolt I needed for a car because it was discontinued. Both Autozones and Advanced said it wasn't in the system so they couldn't help. O'Reilly employee took it to the bolts, used their measurement plate and gave me a bolt that would work.
