The community is not quiet, but residents report no bother from neighbors. A significant concern is the repeated raising of lot rent, which is seen as unfair, especially for those on fixed incomes. Additionally, the swimming pool has been closed and non-operational for a long time, which is a disliked change. Recent paving work has been completed on the roads.

The people who manage to play seem really nice and they had a lot of nice trailers in there and it looked like they were getting ready to put a. Lot more nicer ones They just paved a large section of Road that's how I ended up there. I work for McKee paving and we paved it.

Mom lived there, use to. I would go visit they had a pool an I would take them swimming.
